Hi there,

I've been taking pictures of people for over 20 years and I love it. Although I initially trained in fashion design and worked as a sportswear designer for Adidas, Puma, Converse, Hitec and many others, my love of photography finally got the go ahead when I started Gecko Photography in 2006.

I have three gorgeous children aged 10, 14 and 16, a very patient husband and two constantly filthy labradoodles.

I decided to focus on location portrait photography because it is where I feel most inspired (though my skydiving hobby has now been replaced by walking!)

More importantly, most people relax and become themselves in a familiar, natural setting, out of the studio. When my clients are comfortable in their surroundings I get to view their real spirit and I am privileged to be able to photograph that.
